Vegan Ganache Cupcake
Whether you're vegan or not, you'll love these cupcakes if you love chocolate. These chocolate cupcakes are topped with a layer of thick chocolate ganache, and a sprinkling of vanilla sea salt.
Although we whip our vegan ganache with coffee instead of cream, the main flavour is rich dark chocolate.
