Vegan Ganache Cake
Whether you're vegan or not, you'll love this cake if you love chocolate. Our gluten-free vegan chocolate cake has several layers of our rich mocha ganache, more ganache on top, and a sprinkling of vanilla sea salt.
Although we whip our vegan ganache with coffee, the predominant flavour is rich dark chocolate.

Cake lasts up to 7 days in the fridge. Leave at room temperature at least 2 hours before serving.
