This is a soft fluffy white bread perfect for sandwiches or grilled cheese, or whatever else you feel like using it for. Try with a cheese fondue! We put some of our sourdough starter in this one to proof overnight, so it has a slightly tangy taste, and great shelf life - up to 5 days on the counter or longer in the fridge. It may seem like just a 'white' bread but it has a healthy dose of protein-rich garfava flour, and amaranth as well!
