Lemon Cream Cake Kit
It can be tricky to send a finished cake in the mail, but we have these fabulous cake kits great for shipping. Get all the parts you need to assemble a delicious gluten-free cake, without having to bake!
If you love a layer cake and lemon, this is the kit you want, with your choice of our soft butter sponge cake or moist almond cake, velvety vanilla buttercream and tangy lemon curd.
Each kit includes 2 plain cake layers, sides of vanilla buttercream for filling and finishing, a side of lemon curd for filling, meringue pieces for garnish, a plastic piping bag, cake board and instructions.
butter sponge cake: organic cane sugar, free-range eggs, milk, butter, tapioca starch, potato starch, organic white rice flour, fonio flour, organic baking powder, sea salt, guar gum, vanilla bean
almond cake: free-range eggs, almond marzipan paste, butter, organic cane sugar, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, organic garfava flour, organic sorghum flour, organic baking powder, sea salt, guar gum
buttercream: butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, vanilla bean, sea salt
lemon curd: organic cane sugar, butter, fresh lemon juice, free-range eggs, lemon zest
Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy, corn, nuts
If you are not assembling your cake right away, we recommend freezing the layers, which will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
