    pastry: cream cheese, butter, potato starch, whipping cream, organic brown rice flour, organic millet flour, tapioca starch, sea salt, egg wash

    filling: almond frangipane (organic cane sugar, ground almonds, unsalted butter, free-range eggs, organic sorghum flour, vanilla bean, lemon zest, sea salt) local fruit/berries

    Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy, corn


    Galettes will last up to several days on the counter or in the fridge. You can briefly warm in the oven to help crisp up the pastry.
