Fruit Torte KIT
It can be tricky to send finished cakes in the mail, but we have these fabulous cake kits great for shipping. Get all the parts you need to assemble a delicious gluten-free cake, without having to bake!
If you want a taste of tangy fruit with rich buttercream, then this is the kit for you.
Choose between our light butter sponge cake, flavourful chocolate cake, or dense moist almond cake.
Each kit comes with 2 plain cake layers , a side of fruit/berry preserves, sides of buttercream for layers and finishing, a plastic piping bag, cake board, meringue garnishes, and instructions.
You could add some whipped chantilly cream in the layers with the preserves and save the buttercream for the outside of the cake if you prefer something lighter.
Garnish with fresh berries or flowers if you like!

fruit preserves: fruit/berries, organic cane sugar, water, lemon juice, pectin

Does not contain: gluten, corn
If you are not assembling your cake right away, we recommend freezing the layers, which will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
