Cream Cheese Frosting
Sometimes you really need more frosting, so here is the option of ordering an extra side! Maybe you want lots on your cake, or some to frost your homemade sweet buns, or to eat by the spoonful.
icing sugar (contains cornstarch), cream cheese, Callebaut white chocolate, butter, vanilla bean
Does not contain: gluten, oats, egg, soy
This frosting will keep at least 2 weeks in the fridge.Before using, you will want to whip it up to make it fluffy again.
Empty contents of container(s) into the bowl of a mixer. Using the whisk attachment and on low speed start mixing the frosting.
Increase the speed to high and allow the frosting to whip up to a fluffy consistency, this can take 1 to 5 minutes, depending on temperatures of the room, frosting and mixing bowl. The frosting should look like fluffy whipped cream once ready.
