It can be tricky to send a finished cake in the mail, but we have these fabulous gluten-free cake kits that stand up to delivery! Or, maybe you just want to keep a kit in your freezer to bring out and put together when you want and how you want to decorate it! Get all the parts you need to assemble a delicious gluten-free cake, without having to bake.
Choose your cake layers, filling/frosting (for inside and outside of cake), and second filling (optional).
Each kit comes with:
- plain cake layers (already baked)
- side(s) frosting/buttercream/filling
- a garnish option (usually meringue shapes)
- plastic piping bag
- foiled 7" round cake board
- step by step printed instructions

Care

If you are not assembling your cake right away, we recommend freezing the layers, which will freeze well up to a month, depending on the storage conditions.
