Berry Cupcakes with Buttercream
Seasonal homemade berry preserves dress up these chocolate cupcakes, topped with vanilla buttercream!

buttercream: butter, organic cane sugar, free-range egg whites, flavour, vanilla bean, sea salt
fruit preserves: local berries, organic cane sugar, water, lemon juice, pectin

These cupcakes last well 2-3 days in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving, so the buttercream is soft.
