These eclairs are filled with white chocolate whipped chantilly and dipped in dark chocolate ganache. Not too big, and a perfect little treat for coffee break!

filling: white chocolate chantilly (whipping cream, white chocolate, milk, free-range eggs, organic cane sugar, cornstarch, butter, vanilla bean, sea salt)
top: dark chocolate ganache (Michel Cluizel chocolate, whipping cream)
Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy, nuts
