chicken pot pie: tender pieces of chicken braised with garlic, organic herbs, carrots, celery, caramelized onion, potatoes and a touch of white wine and cream. Our most popular flavour!
cheeseburger pie: ground beef simmered with tomatoes, bacon, onion, potatoes & garlic, with a special organic spice blend including smoked paprika and dill seed. Aged white cheddar is mixed in before baking these pies.
tourtiere: this special pie is a holiday tradition hailing from Quebec, and is regularly featured during the Christmas season. Ground beef & pork are simmered with white wine, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes and a warm blend of organic spices including cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Does not contain: gluten, oats, soy
Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge. Freezes well up to 3 months.To serve, heat in 375 degree oven:
- 35+ min for thawed pie
- 50+ min for frozen pie or until centre is hot.
To test, stick a paring knife in the centre, pull it out and touch the blade to see if the metal is hot.
