If you're looking for a healthy bread with lots of flavour, try this one! The predominant 'flour' is freshly ground organic flax and pumpkin seeds, which means this is a moist and seedy flavoured bread. It's soft and fluffy, and will tear more easily than the other breads, so be careful when slicing. This dough makes great dinner rolls as well.
